Requests for refunds can be sent to [email protected] All refund requests are reviewed for approval and will be processed within 3-5 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase, or in the form of store credit. We are unable to switch refunds to a new or different payment method. Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases of a shipping error.
Please note that your bank may choose to hold your refund temporarily while it is being processed. Your refund should be reflected in your credit card’s statement within 5-15 business days following approval.
A restocking fee of $7.99 per item is applied for all returned packages, except returns due to defective or incorrect merchandise at the fault of the supplier. The customer is responsible for shipping costs and providing a tracking number.
SnoopyStuff.com will processes your return within 48-72 hours upon receiving your package. Items will be inspected and processed through our returns department. Refunds are not issued for worn, washed, or altered items, or for items that are marked Final Sale.
– Your package must be postmarked no later than 7 days from the delivery confirmation from UPS or USPS.
– It is your responsibility to return the item(s) to demonslayershop.com with tracking confirmation for your return postage.
– You have 7 days from the day you received your items to review, and if necessary, return or exchange your purchase from SnoopyStuff.com.
– All items can be exchanged for one of equal or lesser value for free.
– If you received the wrong item, wrong size, or if you receive an item that was damaged during transit, we will reship your order at no cost to you. There is no need to return the wrong or defective item. All reshipment requests will be reviewed and processed within 3-5 business days.
We do not accept returns or exchanges if:
The item(s) have been worn or washed
The item(s) have been altered
The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and salable condition unless the condition is the fault of the supplier
The item(s) do not have the original tags on them
The item(s) were a Final Sale item
Please note that all swimwear must be unworn and returned in its original packaging. Due to health and safety hazards, we cannot accept returns or refunds for swimwear that has been opened or worn.
Please follow these instructions when completing a return:
- Pack the unworn and unwashed items with email confirmation or original receipt – we cannot exchange or refund without it.
- Please write in detail which items you want to be exchanged, if applicable.
- Contact us at [email protected] for a return mailing address.
- For faster processing, please include your full name and order number displayed clearly on or in your package.
Subscription Box Refund Policy
You will be charged monthly for your subscription box based on the date you signed up. For instance, if you signed up on the 15th of the month, you will be billed monthly on the 15th. If you do not wish to continue your subscription, you must cancel before this time. We do not offer refunds for boxes that have already been paid for.
We will only perform refunds or exchanges for the Subscription Box for the following reasons:
- You receive an item you already own, or
- The items you receive are the wrong size and you have already reviewed our sizing charts
